Review

Updated after almost two years - there's no point in making a new photo because they all look the same

No fading, no cracking, and the lids are still snapping shut and sticking

I added cayenne and turmeric supplements, both large tablets, because I had enough space

I still adore this thing so much that I went back through all of my reviews to find it and give it an update ;)Update after a year! They've been running well for 364 days, according to the original analysis

I took a new picture, but it doesn't seem to be any different from the others in terms of wear and tear, stretching, fading, or anything else

I always carry a day in my purse and have never had one escape

There are no problems with lids

I just added a large cayenne pill, but I'm still not satisfied

This has fully transformed my drug experience, both in terms of taking it and having it refilled, which I used to put off a lot

It's now enjoyable and simple.Update after 4 months:There are no problems at all

Nothing is chipped, cracked, or broken, and the lids are as good as new

Nothing is very close to being worn out

The sharpie labels I applied are also flawless

It's always the best choice I've ever made!

Analysis from the beginning:I was sick of all the small, low-cost ones, having to buy a new one every few months when snaps broke, and so on

I decided to splurge on this in the hopes that it will last longer

This one, on the other hand, I'm very digging

For the past three weeks, I've been using these.Although there is one design flaw, these are, in my opinion, brilliant

I took a few extra photos to show you..

(edit: The photo order was messed up in some way, so please accept my apologies!)Pic 1: This, in my opinion, is the only design flaw

The day stamp on the transparent plastic is difficult to see

While I prefer the green side to the blue, the lack of a day/time indicator on the lids is a weakness

Again, my opinion

I'd eventually get used to one side being AM and the other being PM, but it's not necessary

The Sharpie comes to the rescue

(And it won't wear off any time soon, thanks to the rubber lids and design (you don't have to hit where the writing is))2nd image Only a closeup to help you measure scale

That's my glucoasmine/chondrointin tablets, which are, as we all know, very large.3rd image Again, to aid in size estimation, the holders are very large as you can see.Image number four

That's the metal strip that acts with the base's magnet to keep them in place

It's not the most powerful magnet in the world, but it'll suffice for regular bumping.Fig

5 I was attempting to convey depth, but the rubber lids are very sturdy

I included this photo because, in my opinion, strong lids are a bonus

There are no snaps to wear off, the lids simply slide down over the case edge and are very stable due to the hard rubber

(One of my previous pill holders was constructed in this manner, with a single lid covering two compartments that could be removed entirely.) The middle portion of these fits really tightly, and since you can load THROUGH the lid, you don't have to remove the top entirely

I haven't tried to pull the middle out because it seems like it will make them last longer.)Picture no

6 This allows you to get a clear idea of how much space is available in the compartments

In the green AM side you can see the 2 large Gluc/Chon tabs and 1 large Metformin tab, and the blue PM side is 1 Metformin, 1 Gluc/Chon and a couple iron pills, krill oil, baby aspirin and another vitamin

There is a lot of room.Picture number seven

Only to give you a sense of scale and a clear view of the "bowl" of the lid and the loading openings.Image number eight

To demonstrate the small lip that keeps them on the foundation

(as well as the position of the base magnet)The disadvantage of not being able to see the day marks can easily be overcome with the use of a Sharpie

These are possibly a little less compact due to their size

I suppose you'd get a big bump in your pocket, but they'd be fine in a purse or wallet

These lids would not fall off by mistake, but if you have other loose items in that pocket, it's possible that small objects will find their way into the container through the lid

However, I seriously doubt that any pills will fall out

That rubber is nicely stiff and you do have to push a fair bit when loading pills, so I can't see a pill making it out by itself.Last but not least, since the lids are rubber, the pills will bounce

You don't have to put them delicately, but you shouldn't drop them either.Overall, I have no hesitation in awarding these an unequivocal HOT DANG

Yes, these are relatively pricey, but given the quality and really good design, I feel strongly they're worth it

Very pleased with this purchase and I'm 100% convinced of the durability

(I'm good about going back and revising reviews if needed, so if I change my mind I'll post it)Verified review from KT
